Singhal Credit Wallet Introducing our Singhal Credit Wallet system, an in-house innovation designed to streamline your purchasing process by eliminating immediate cash concerns. This B2B credit facility works by analysing your spending patterns and transaction history to provide you with a pre-approved credit limit for buying IT products from our platform. Similar to bank credit cards, you receive a fixed repayment period. To access this convenient credit, simply explore the Singhal Credit Wallet seamlessly integrated into our B2B App and website. Singhal Credit Wallet: Terms & Conditions

  1. To use the Singhal Credit Wallet, you must be a registered buyer on the Singhal B2B Platform.
  2. You need to have completed five or more transactions on the Singhal B2B app using prepaid payment methods within the current financial year.
  3. Credit charges will be included in your invoice at the time of billing.
  4. Credit charges are (Currently 0%) of the total invoice value (including GST) for a 15-day credit period. The credit period starts on Day 0, which is your order placement date.
  5. If you exceed the 15-day credit limit, a penalty of 1.5% will be applied daily from day 16 to day 30. If payment, including penalties, isn't received within 30 days, Singhal Infosystems Pvt Ltd reserves the right to initiate recovery actions based on your credit limit agreement.
  6. You can settle your outstanding balance by paying into our bank account using any of our accepted payment methods.
  7. Paying your outstanding amount within 1 to 15 days will qualify you for an automatic cashback credited to your wallet.
  8. Your credit limit will be re-evaluated every three months based on your usage and repayment history.
  9. Singhal Infosystems Pvt Ltd reserves the right to withdraw your credit limit at any time without prior notice.
  10. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Tonk (Rajasthan).
  11. Singhal Credit Wallet terms & conditions can be changed anytime without prior notice.
